Purchasing Our Wine

To purchase our wine, you must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid photo ID. To order, you can stop in the winery or you may place an order online on the order form page. When ordering online, you will receive a phone call within 48 hours and will be asked to verify your identification in order to purchase the wine.

You must be present on the date your order is shipped in order to receive it. Fed-Ex or UPS will not deliver any alcoholic beverages without a valid photo ID.

WARNING! Minors providing false information when obtaining alcoholic beverages over the Internet will face criminal prosecution and civil liability. Violators may be charged under federal law with wire and credit card fraud, and under multiple state laws prohibiting the attempted purchase or possession of alcohol by minors. Penalties include monetary fines, jail time, criminal probation, loss of driver's license and a criminal record that must be disclosed on job and college applications. Licensed sellers of alcohol (including wineries and retailers) who pay large fines and lose alcohol license privileges for sales to minors are entitled to sue the minor for compensation.
